St Abbs - Situated within the dramatic and rural landscape of the Scottish Borders on the east Berwickshire coastline, the gallery is positioned by the footpath to St Abbs head, the spectacular headland forming a patchwork of rolling countryside meeting with imposing volcanic cliffs, rising from crystal clear waters.

Whether this happens to be your first trip, or you are a returning visitor, you can not fail to be impressed by the headlands outstanding natural beauty.

St Abbs head is owned and managed by the National trust for Scotland, it is designated a site of special scientific interest, ( SSSI ) a national nature reserve, ( NNR ) a special protection area, (SPA ) and a marine special area of conversation, ( SAC )
The St Abbs voluntary marine reserve has been set up to safeguard its underwater habitat, and the whole coast is part of a European marine site.
